ROBOTIC TUBE BENDING MACHINE
The ROBOBEND-X (Special purpose) is an all-electric very compact tube bending machine. For relatively smaller tubes up to 10mm outside diameter, allowing bending on two levels in both directions (right or left hand bend). With fewer components and less tool complexity than conventional bending machines, the result is a simple and compact machine design that increases production at a lower cost.
For a fully automated cycle, the ROBOBEND 10 bending machine is paired with a smaller Kuka robot, with the robot handling the tube from loading to unloading. The Flexibility and speed of the robot. combined with multi-stack. two-radius bend head, allow the ROBOBEND 10 to bend the most complex part shapes in a cycle time faster than conventional mandrel bending.
TURN KEY SOLUTIONS
These are the high pressure tubes for our customers for whom we have a made a turnkey tube bending solution which allows to bend these intricate high pressure steel tubes having a higher wall thickness and our solution provides our customer not only an advantage of increased productivity but also an advanatge of high level flexibility to make tubes by a totally unmanned process which was not possible to make with any other automation system prior to this. We also have various patents on our name for this solution.
